OSCR Team Mission StatementsLeads Team (Leads)The Leads team is responsible for the operational coordination between functional teams. This team serves to ensure that enhanced communication between the various teams exists, that duplication of effort and overlap of responsibility is minimized, and that the efforts and work that OSCR produces is equitably and appropriately distributed and accomplished. The Leads team will provide oversight for projects, policies and procedures, and other organization-wide concerns across all lines of business. In addition, this team is responsible for keeping a finger on the pulse of the organization’s morale and ability to function in a respectful, inspiring, and positive manner.
Operations Team (Operations)As the team responsible for OSCR’s internal operations, the Operations team is charged with making sure that operational systems and procedures are developed, implemented, and continuously monitored for maximum efficiency to prevent OSCR clients from experiencing any dysfunction or lack of service. In additional to managing the day-to-day operations of the organization and handling student staff supervision, the Operations team oversees OSCR's Student Development Program, Coaching for Success Program, OSCR Staff Days, and the OSCR Lab Reservation Service.
Service Team (Service)As the team responsible for OSCR’s direct interaction with its clients, the Services team is charged with making sure that the organization provides a consistent and positive customer service experience to all its clients. This team is responsible for informing the University community about OSCR’s service offerings including client consultation services, computing labs and classroom technologies, and server- and network-delivered services.
Technology Team (Technology)As the team responsible for OSCR’s IT infrastructure, the Technology team is charged with making sure that the organization’s technology resources, including computing labs and electronic classroom and server- and network-delivered services, are operational and serving the needs of its clients. In addition to administering the technology, supporting student computing services such as pay-for-print stations, and software license metering, the team is responsible for administering OSCR's server and storage devices as well as OSCR's desktop computing hardware.
