Reservation Guidelines:

  • Reservations are granted on a first come, first served basis.
  • Requests should be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the preferred dates, in order for OSCR to best accommodate your needs.
  • Reservations are granted for the purpose of conducting class, not to reserve a place for students to work.
  • Instructors are encouraged to visit the lab before their class to become familiar with lab hardware and software and to test their lesson plan.
  • Instructors should be at the lab 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their class.
  • Lab consultant will not clear the lab until the Instructor arrives. This could delay the start of the class so please be on time.
  • If Instructor does not show up 15 minutes in to the reservation time, the lab consultant will cancel the reservation and reopen the lab to the campus.
  • The number of students in each class should equal at least 50% of the workstations at the site.
  • Instructors are encouraged to be flexible and allow other students to continue working in the lab.
