Technology Refresh Bank: Applications

A department may apply for either a TRB loan/grant, or a TRB grant only, or a TRB loan only.  To be eligible to receive the 15% grant portion of a TRB award, the department must guarantee that 80% of the computers purchased with TRB funds will be Gateway brand.
