OSCR Support for ILC
Services provided:
OSCR continues to support the workstations in the ILC Lecture Halls and Classrooms. To report hardware problems,
request software, or for ILC facility issues, please call 621-OSCR (6727). If you need basic assistance with the
workstations you can ask staff at the OSCR Front Desk in ILC 136.
Reserve space for office hours in the Info Commons by visiting the ILC Office Hours
pages on the OSCR website. Assistance with the audio/visual equipment in ILC classrooms is provided by
Equipment Services staff located
in the ILC Underground. They can also provide you with access to the following reservable teaching equipment:
- Laptops for student use in ILC classrooms
- Student Response System with the capacity to poll up to 150 students
Services no longer provided:
- General purpose computing stations
- Free printing
- Space for office hours in ILC 136 (space still available in Info Commons)
- General computing, computing security, or wireless network support, or purchasing recommendations.
UA students, faculty, and staff can find support for personally owned machines at the
24/7 IT Support Center
in MLK 207. For machines in the ILC, call 621-OSCR (6727) or visit OSCR's new office space
in the MLK, third floor.
